Blitz Global LLC is a small software product company based in Tampa, Florida. We are not an agency, and we are not a fund. We design, build, and operate a family of focused software products, and we keep operating them long after launch: support, uptime, and the slow accumulation of small improvements that make a product trustworthy.

This is the first post on the Blitz Global Journal, so it seems right to start with an introduction: who we are, what we have shipped, and what we are building next.

Who we are

We are a Florida limited liability company, headquartered in Tampa. Our team designs, engineers, and operates every product ourselves, from the first line of code to the on-call rotation that keeps it running at two in the morning. We do not outsource the parts of the business that decide whether a customer's Tuesday goes well or badly.

That operating model shapes what we build. We favor products that solve a specific, well-understood problem for a specific kind of customer, and we build them on a shared internal platform, so that a small team can support many products without each one becoming its own island of infrastructure, on-call knowledge, and technical debt. We call that shared foundation our platform, and we will write more about how it actually works in a later post.

Five products, live today

BlitzPulse is a trading intelligence and portfolio operations cockpit for active traders. It brings market context, multi-broker account sync, portfolio risk views, options context, and alerting into one surface, so a trader is not stitching together five different tabs to understand their own book. It is available at blitzpulse.app.

PulsePigeon is an email and ESP platform built for reliable, own-stack message delivery. It handles transactional and product email across the entire Blitz Global family, and BlitzPulse was its first customer before we opened it up more broadly. You can find it at pulsepigeon.com.

UnitVanta is a property operations platform: a secure workspace for portfolios, units, teams, and subscriptions, built with tenant-isolated data from day one. It lives at unitvanta.com.

FollowHarbor handles AI lead follow-up for professional firms, built first for immigration law firms, where a missed intake call can mean a lost client. It combines a productized setup with an ongoing monthly service, and it is live at followharbor.com.

ResortOp is a hotel property management system and multi-tenant resort operating system, with guest self-service, staff portals, and operator portals, and with multi-property tenancy built into the core data model rather than bolted on later. It is live at resortop.com.

Four products in development

Behind those five, we have four more products moving through active development.

PulseSiren is self-hosted incident notification and paging software, with ingest compatible with PagerDuty's Events v2 API, so teams can point their existing alerting integrations at infrastructure they control.

SmartDealr is an AI-driven affiliate and deals platform that matches shoppers with relevant offers, instead of showing every merchant's feed to every visitor.

LedgerScale is ledger and reconciliation tooling built for finance operations teams who need to match transactions across systems without living in spreadsheets.

BlitzCode is an AI coding agent, built, like everything else we ship, on our own internal platform foundation.

None of these four are ready for customers yet. We would rather ship something boring and reliable a little later than ship something exciting and fragile on a deadline. You can see the current status of all nine products, live and in development, on our products page.

Why one platform, not nine

The obvious question, once you see five live products and four more coming, is how a team our size keeps up. The answer is that we are not really running nine separate pieces of software. We are running one platform: shared authentication, shared multi-tenancy, shared migration tooling, shared email delivery through PulsePigeon, and shared incident response, with nine different products sitting on top of it.

That structure means the engineering decisions we made once, for BlitzPulse, do not have to be made again for UnitVanta or ResortOp. It means an on-call engineer who has never touched FollowHarbor's codebase can still recognize the deployment pipeline, the logging format, and the way authentication works, because those pieces look the same everywhere. We think that consistency, more than any single feature, is what lets a company our size operate this many products without any of them quietly rotting.
